Since the beginning of 2012, I have been a freelance graphic designer. My specialty is designing logos and branding development both visually and conceptually. For two months I was the intern at a non-profit organization based in Bluffton, Indiana, called A Friend's House Ministries (helpforwomen.net)
I worked in the office where I was responsible for creating a newsletter, organizing a cohesive curriculum, designing graphics for various publications, attending and contributing to a weekly staff meeting, doing research, and planning events.
A Friend's House is a residential facility for women stuggling with problems such as self-injury, sexual/physical abuse, drug addiction, suicidal tendencies, and depression.
